At wagwear, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a size or style isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the products.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
